Outdoor spaces of a home can be the easiest way to increase value for a seller without adding on interior square footage. The idea of a full living room outside gives buyers the idea that there is an additional lounge space that complements the idea of indoor/outdoor living. In the post pandemic era, outdoor spaces are essential for potential buyers should we experience anything similar in the future. We pride ourselves on fully staging outdoor areas, especially when a space looks dreadful or unusable. We find a way to transform outdoor areas into functional, inviting and fully designed areas. Outdoor pots and plants are used to add an additional natural element to the styling.
